直角邊老西藏的來歷

不久前，美國eBay上掛出一個賣帖，賣一枚特別壓印的一元老西藏： 此主題相關(guān)圖片如下：直角邊老西藏1.jpg 此主題相關(guān)圖片如下：直角邊老西藏2.jpg 經(jīng)與賣主核實，該枚老西藏是所謂直角邊老西藏普制幣。賣主指認(rèn)該幣是下圖中左邊一枚（圖取自現(xiàn)代錢幣網(wǎng)）： 此主題相關(guān)圖片如下：reeding_pic.jpg 賣主對此幣的英文說明和中文翻譯如下： KM#110. In 1985, the People's Republic of China issued a quantity of 1 Yuan coins commemorating the 20th anniversary of the founding of the Tibet Autonomous Region. While this was a commemorative coin, it was actually issued for circulation. About that time, a numismatic firm with offices in Kowloon, Hong Kong, and Tarzana, CA, USA, contracted with the China Mint for a two piece proof set of this coinage. The set was to be comprised of a 10 Yuan in proof silver and a 1 Yuan in proof copper-nickel. The two pieces in a deluxe lacquer case. The entire issue of the two piece proof sets were for that firm. When the sets arrived in Tarzana it was discovered that while the 10 Yuan was in beautiful proof silver, the matching 1 Yuan was a special circulation strike, something like a matte proof, and was only made in the quantity of proof sets in special uncirculated quality strike. However, this is not what the contract called for and the China mint then struck full proof 1 Yuans to replace coins in the proof set. All the sets were sold and in recent years, this two piece set has traded for as much as $500 and more. This left the special 1 Yuan coins, which were more in the nature of the specimen strike, and this is what we offer here in the original capsule. This very minuscule issue of this special 1 Yuan coin must be considered somewhat rare and very special. KM#110. 1985 年，中華人民共和國發(fā)行了大量 1 元硬幣，紀(jì)念西藏自治區(qū)成立 20 周年。這些雖然是紀(jì)念幣，但實際上是為流通發(fā)行的。大約在那段時間前后，一個在香港九龍和加州 Tarzana 都有分部的錢幣公司和中國造幣公司簽約，發(fā)行此種錢幣的兩枚精制幣套裝。該套裝應(yīng)包含一枚 10 元精制銀幣，和一枚 1 元精制銅鎳幣,裝在一個豪華的漆盒里。該兩枚套幣的發(fā)行完全由該公司負(fù)責(zé)。當(dāng)這些套幣送達(dá) Tarzana 時，該公司發(fā)現(xiàn)雖然 10 元的精制銀幣非常漂亮，但配套的 1 元銅鎳幣卻是特制的流通版，類似于毛面精制版，而且其數(shù)量只限于精制套幣的數(shù)量，采取的是特殊的非流通高質(zhì)量壓印。但這不符合合同規(guī)定，因此中國造幣公司又補鑄了 1 元全精制幣來替換精制套幣里原來的幣。所有的套幣最后都銷售完畢。近幾年中，該兩枚的套幣售價在 $500 美元以上。這樣，這些特殊的 1 元硬幣就多了出來。這些硬幣實質(zhì)上是特制幣，我們此處所出售的就是這樣一枚裝在原盒中的幣。該特殊的 1 元硬幣發(fā)行量極低，應(yīng)視為珍稀和非常特別。 該說明回答了有關(guān)直角邊老西藏的如下一些問題： 直角邊 － 該幣的幣邊和普制老西藏不一樣，為直角而非倒角。這是因為該幣本來就沒有打算流通。 壓印精度 － 該幣的壓印質(zhì)量遠(yuǎn)高于流通普制幣，是因為該幣應(yīng)該經(jīng)過多次壓印，應(yīng)算作是精制幣。是否精制幣不能單單看光面或毛面來加以斷定，而要看其它因素。比如說美國造幣局的America the Beautiful系列中，毛面的是精制，而光面的是普制。在新中國銀幣中，幾枚噴砂銀幣也是精制。 數(shù)量 － 如果整套的數(shù)量為3000枚，那么該直角邊老西藏的數(shù)量也是3000枚。 和銀幣的配套 － 有帖子中提到該幣和西藏20周年銀幣配套出售。現(xiàn)在看來這是合情合理的，因為它們本來就是一套，可能后來換光面精制幣時漏過了。 光面精制幣的低質(zhì)量 － 老西藏光面精制幣的質(zhì)量不佳，不但超重，而且有很多光點。這應(yīng)該是匆忙補鑄的結(jié)果。 來源 － 現(xiàn)在國內(nèi)的直角邊老西藏應(yīng)該都是美國回流的。 本人標(biāo)下了這枚幣，但還沒有拿到。如果拿到以后發(fā)現(xiàn)賣家指認(rèn)錯誤，該幣不是直角邊，再作說明。

The last entity is not in business as we sold our real estate in Hong Kong and closed the Company prior to the reversion to China.  At the same time we sold theHong Kong International Coin Expo which we had founded and owned.  During the course of the years of theHKICE we developed a relationship with the Chine Mint.  So for several years the China Mint had a table at our coin show and for each of these years they issued a special commemorative Panda made for the show. During this time I would visit the mint once or twice a year in Beijing. After negotiations at that time, we obtained a contract with the Mint to produce exclusively for us 3 different issues. The first of these issues was a proof set version of the Tibet coin that was issued for circulation.  We had no connection with the circulating coin, only the proof set version that was made for us.  Next we obtained a contract for the same kind of situation.  This wasfor the Sinkiang region coin. We hadno connection with the circulating coin, only the proof set which was made strictly for us.  There was also a very large silver railroad  coin which was also made strictly for us. 終于清楚了。N年來的看法沒錯，首先是上幣出來的，其次是為海外定制的。另外一種版別。發(fā)行3000枚。

清楚什么了？怎么確定發(fā)行量是3000枚？是故事還是事實可能都還有待驗證。現(xiàn)在就急著下結(jié)論不免令人起疑。
